Position : Claims Representative
Location : Oriskany, NY (remote)
Duration : 12 months contract position
Client : Direct Client
Training will be in the office - 3-5 weeks total of training.
All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.
Training hours are 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm EST.
After training will be remote unless requested to come in on an as needed basis by the business.
Requirements :
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in customer service or in a related area.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision and maintain quality and production standards as defined in the Teams' operational metrics.
- 1-2 Years of customer service experience - experience on phones strongly preferred.
- Must be computer literate.
