Job Title: Part-Time Human Resource Manager
Location: Bothe Associates 46th Street, Kenosha, WI
Hours: 25 hours per week (covering 1st and 2nd shifts)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Human Resource Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our workforce and ensuring a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR functions such as payroll, attendance, benefits administration, safety, employee engagement, recruiting, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Process weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Attendance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and manage leave requests in accordance with company policies.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communications to ensure employees understand their options.
- Safety Management: Implement and promote safety programs to ensure a safe working environment; conduct safety training and compliance audits.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through initiatives that promote employee satisfaction and retention.
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution; provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date HR records and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
