Job Description:

As an Architectural Associate at BOTI Architecture, you will work closely with our design team to develop creative architectural solutions from concept through construction documentation. This role offers the opportunity to engage with diverse project types, collaborate with experienced professionals, and grow your career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and refine design concepts, architectural drawings, and presentations.

·      Collaborate with senior architects and project managers throughout the design process.

·      Produce detailed construction documents and ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.

·      Integrate sustainable design practices and innovative technologies into project plans.

·      Assist in project coordination, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.

·      Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to support project objectives.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

·      0-10 years of professional experience in architectural design; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

·      Proficiency in industry-standard software (Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).

·      Strong visual and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

·      Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.

·      Familiarity with local building codes, sustainable design principles, and current industry trends is a plus.

·      A portfolio that demonstrates your design/technical skills and project experience is highly desirable.
