Position Overview
We seek a talented Business Disputes Lawyer to join our accomplished legal team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in complex litigation, working collaboratively with experienced attorneys in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a range of litigation matters, including business disputes, commercial litigation, and real estate issues.
- Conduct thorough legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Participate in all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and conducting depositions.
- Develop and implement litigation strategies that align with clients' objectives.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients throughout their case.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in Virginia.
- At least two years of experience in litigation, preferably in business and commercial disputes or real estate.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and case management skills.
