Estates and Trust Paralegal Position
Our small but growing estate planning law firm is looking for a paralegal who enjoys our field of law and would like your work to help make a positive difference for clients.

We are looking to fill a new in-office position for a full-time paralegal to help us continue to deliver a great experience for our clients. Probate and Trust Administration experience is a plus. Our firm is located in Rolling Meadows.
Job responsibilities include primarily probate and trust estate settlement, but also assisting in estate plan document preparation, delivery and execution of estate plans, and Living Trust funding. You will have regular and frequent client contact and meetings with clients to deliver, execute, and explain probate and estate plan documents.
We prefer that you have at least three years’ experience and training in at least one of these areas, however, we will provide training, processes, and tools you will need to be successful and professionally fulfilled.
Job Requirements. In addition to some practical experience or formal training in our area of practice, a successful candidate will possess:
· Strong communication and writing skills
· Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems and software
· Good organizational skills
· Strong telephone skills and ability to establish relationships
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to work in a team environment where processes result in the most efficient flow of work and results
· Commitment to quality work product
· This is not an entry-level position
Compensation
· Annual salary commensurate with skills and experience
