Bartender

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to ensure legal drinking age - Upsell drink specials and promotions to increase sales - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures - Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail recipes - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change If you are passionate about mixology, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Bartender.
