Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register
- Process customer purchases and returns efficiently
- Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
- Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing
- Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and resolve any issues
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate cash handling
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with operating a cash register
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
