Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and is naturally drawn to customer service. The culture in our practice is great! We love to come to work daily and we support each other as a family.
Duties
- Maintain our hospital schedule and flow as efficiently as possible.
- Ensure a hygienic environment for all animals.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, quote costs for services, and collect client and patient information for the medical record.
- Guide clients and patients through our hospital upon entry.
- Handle animals safely.
- Ensure clients receive appropriate attention and care.
- Invoice clients for services rendered.
- Maintain accurate computerized medical records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of animal welfare.
- Restock hospital supplies and manage the intake of hospital deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness in the hospital.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is required.
- Must be extremely organized, able to be productive, and follow through with tasks.
- Able to multi task.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Compassionate attitude towards animals and commitment to their welfare.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends or holidays if necessary.
