Position Overview We’re seeking a multi-talented content creator who is comfortable behind the camera and in the editing suite. This role will support all visual content needs across Bottom Line and our sister companies—capturing compelling video and photo assets, designing marketing materials, and bringing fresh creative energy to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, internal use, and social media.
- Capture professional-level photography for events, products, team profiles, and branding.
- Edit and retouch photos to match brand aesthetics.
- Design marketing materials and branded graphics for digital and print (flyers, banners, ads, etc.).
- Coordinate and execute creative marketing shoots, including scheduling, scouting locations, and directing talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
- Manage and maintain camera gear, lighting, and editing equipment.
- Organize digital assets and maintain a clean media archive
Qualifications
- Proven experience in videography, photography, and post-production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
- A sharp eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in motion graphics is a plus.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Portfolio showcasing your work in video and photography is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
