We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, property management knowledge, and excellent communication skills to effectively promote our properties and facilitate leasing agreements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of available units.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through contract signing, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Utilize AppFolio and OneSite software for tracking leads, managing tenant applications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize occupancy rates and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with current residents to foster community engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with the property management team on facilities management tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote available units through various channels.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Proficient in upselling strategies to enhance leasing opportunities.
- Familiarity with OneSite or similar property management software is preferred.
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
