The role :
As a North American Bank SalesTeam member, you will target an assigned list of banks and NBFIs selling Bottomline's portfolio of Commercial Banking Solutions. Success will depend on three key capabilities. First, a deep understanding of Bottomline's commercial banking solutions and how they enable Financial Institutions to acquire and grow customers, and with that, deposits, and income. Second, you must have the skillset and experience of leading large strategic sales pursuits, following a disciplined sales process rooted in best practices and evolving selling processes. Finally, you must have a strong understanding of the benefits and competitive advantages of Bottomline's solutions and collaborate with internal Bottomline and prospective client stakeholders to develop a business case that supports making a change and an investment in Bottomline's recommended solution set and capabilities.
How you'll contribute :
- Develop and maintain a detailed territory plan and executes accordingly.
- Develop a pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities
- Develop individual account strategies to penetrate targeted accounts effectively.
- Develop a thorough understanding of each targeted account's business, including issues, pain points, strategies, and opportunities.
- Identify and create business needs with senior executive decision-makers at targeted accounts.
- Create, communicate, & demonstrate the value of Bottomline's solution with prospects.
- Build relationships at all levels within client organizations while demonstrating the solution set.
- Effectively coordinates cross-functional teams to represent compelling value to prospects.
- Negotiates contracts to a successful conclusion on time and as forecasted.
- Updates Salesforce / CRM in a timely, accurate, and complete manner
