As the holiday season approaches we are preparing our seasonal promotional campaigns. As a result, we are looking for a NEW Brand Ambassador to help us ensure we achieve success for our clients brands.
Your role as a Brand Ambassador
As a Brand Ambassador, you will work directly with the customers at promo events, pop-up campaigns and in-store promotional stands in the area. Your main goal is to highlight the brand, discuss key features, identify the products best selling points and, discuss offers with visiting customers to build brand loyalty and drive promotional sales.
This role is hands-on and customer-focused, so it is essential to deliver excellent customer service and provide the best possible information to the customers.

- Brand Building and maintaining a positive, genuine brand image that resonates with customers.
- Driving sales by giving personalized product recommendations and fostering a welcoming environment that encourages purchases.
- Experience with product launches, promo's and customer service is a bonus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- High-level communication skills (both verbal and written)
