What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Administrator position at Bottomley Enterprises?
Bottomley Enterprises is a growing comany with a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to be safe, provide excellent service to our customers and communicate effectively throughout the organization. We are looking for a Shop Adminstrator that can help with organization, computer data entry and other duties as needed. This is a Monday- Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars for shop manager and lead tech
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with data entry of parts and file management
- Process orders when needed
- Provide administrative support to Shop Department
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist with office management tasks, such as organizing files and maintaining office cleanliness
- Keep all records in excel sheet along with company computer system.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and file management
- Must be experienced in Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
