The Role
- Develop effective Sales strategy to acquire new customers for the Finance Messaging market in APAC, particularly Singapore, Australia, and the South Pacific Region.
- Build a strong pipeline for the company-hosted solution in Financial Messaging.
- Account for at least SGD 1,000K in new business in each financial year.
- Lead and manage large RFP responses to ensure corporate objectives for profitability, sustainability, and operational delivery.
- Manage a team of 3 Account Managers in the region.
- Manage existing Partner / Distributor in setting sales quotas and targets.
- Support and assist the Partners to achieve their sales targets.
- Cultivate new business partnerships and deepen existing relationships to drive business, particularly in Australia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
- Transform poor-performing distributors into successful growing partners by developing individual growth plans and participating in their execution.
