Job Overview:

Specific Responsibilities:

- Full Interior and Topsides Detailing - (Including all fiberglass roof tops, outside edges, and overhangs on vessel) for an extensive variety of boats in all sizes, shapes, and conditions.

- Full Exterior and Hull Detailing for a high volume of Powerboats and Sailboats.

- High Speed Rotary and Orbital Machine Compound, Wax, and Polishing of all fiberglass surfaces throughout complete exterior and interior of vessel (Including in and around hardware, fittings, engine wells, and smooth fiberglass track lines on all decking and non-skid surfaces.)

- Application of a large variety of brands for Heavy, Medium, Light Compounds, Waxes, and Polishes as well as wetsanding.

- Quality control and Visual Inspection of all smooth fiberglass surfaces for oxidation, product residue, and imperfections within acceptable levels of professionalism.

- Time Management for any and all jobs performed at job site including successful and efficient closure of all aspects of jobs to be completed including billable hourly services provided.

- Management of Job Site Safety Procedures, Personal Protective Equipment, and organized clean work areas for all employees, vehicles, tools, and equipment under direct supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marine Repair & Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
