Physical job requirements include lifting, climbing, crawling, working on ladders, and being at heights above or below ground level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· A commitment to providing excellent customer service
· Ability to work comfortably and tactfully in a fast paced environment
· Ability to work independently and with others including monthly meetings with the general manager, owner and office manager to understand which areas to promote
· Agent Marketing – participate and network at night and weekend Marketing events, visit all local insurance agencies to establish relationships and educate them on why someone will choose our company over a competitor
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of new sales
· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
· Coverage area consisting of Lewiston, South Portland, Westbrook and surrounding communities
· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
· Gain a working knowledge of our services, the process and green products we use to clean and restore
· Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research
· Include the search for new commercial accounts in your routes
· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
· Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales deals
· Notate in DASH after each route. Tracking and producing a list of prospects visited, agent visits and referrals on our services
· Perform business related duties as assigned by supervisor
· Positive, upbeat, motivated driven professional willing to network to connect with new contacts, create relationships and educate yourself on what industry needs we can fulfill
· Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process
· Responsible for maintaining relationships with agents and keeping them up to date of our menu of services
· Responsible for planning and implementing short and long range sales programs targeted toward existing and new markets by performing duties personally and / or through subordinates
· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments
· Strategize and create lists of target markets for each service: Water damage/Plumbers will consist of restaurants, churches, town offices, municipalities, property management companies, plumbers, construction companies and adjusters etc.
· Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, maintain prospect records, generate reports and follow up with clients
· Valid Maine Driver License with clean insurable driving history
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
· Account management experience is a plus
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office-Word and Excel) and experience with computers for a variety of tasks
· High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree preferred
· Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
· Proven experience in sales or a related field
· Strong customer service orientation
· Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
· Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and or quantitative productivity standards.
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Pay: $54,600.00 - $75,000.00 per year
