About the Job:

Showcase your passion for guest service and F&B as a SERVER by promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests at our Marriott Harbor Luxury Beach Resort!

Reporting to beach/F&B manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

· Welcome guests to the beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service.

· Ensure guests are aware of all services available on the beach.

· Responsible for restocking items and supplies

· Suggestive sell and upgrade sales

· Delivery food and drink items quickly and efficiently

· Create and provide a personalized, memorable experience with guests.

· Oversee the general cleanliness and upkeep of the beach area.

· Follow company policies and procedures.

· Other duties as assigned.

About the skills required:

· Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service

· Highly responsible and reliable

· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Outgoing and energetic demeanor

· Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.

· Enjoy dealing with the public

· Great verbal communication skills

· Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol.

Physical aspects of position:

· Frequent walking and standing throughout shift.

· Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions
