Administrative Assistant
We have a current full time position available Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with overtime required at the end of month.

We have a current full time position available Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with overtime required at the end of month.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping
- Some accounting experience ideal but not required
- Daily deposit and data entry
- Cash handling and receipt payments, including credit card payments
- Verify totals of sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair orders
- Review work orders for accuracy
- Back up cashier/phone reception
- Provide excellent customer service
Applicant MUST:
- Be familiar with Excel
- Be able to handle multiple tasks
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Be an enthusiastic team player
- Be self-motivated
