Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Looking to become part of a large team? Our Wisconsin based organization is seeking a highly organized and motivated Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our payroll department. This full-time role is responsible for handling daily HR functions across all dealerships in our group. Key responsibilities include processing new hires, assisting employees with payroll and company policy questions, explaining benefits and procedures, and maintaining employee records . Additional duties may involve timekeeping and supporting the bi-weekly payroll process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Run Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) for new hires.
- Communicate drug test results to managers.
- Process onboarding for new employees, including setting up payroll accounts, email access, and adding them to our DMS / ERP system .
- Manage employee transfers between locations.
- Assist employees with logging into their email and payroll system .
- Process Buyers and Sales Licenses .
- Order business cards for employees.
- Support the payroll department with timesheets and end-of-month duties.
