The Shift Supervisor assists in maximizing the café / restaurant's operations and profitability by providing service excellence through the supervision of the café / restaurant team.
Shift Supervisor Responsibilities include :
The Shift Supervisor supervises opening and closing procedures when scheduled as the Manager on Duty.
Upholds all company operational standards to ensure a positive guest experience.
Creating an excellent service experience for our customers
Representing the brand positively
Providing prompt service and quality products
Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment
We're looking for a Shift Supervisor with :

Competitive salary : $18.00-$18.50 / Hour
TIPS - All Boudin Team Members participate in the tip pool averaging an additional $2 - $4 per hour!
