Responsibilities
Position Summary :
The Marketing Assistant must have strong organizational skills, creativity, experience coordinating or helping to coordinate events, and have the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for assisting with a variety of marketing initiatives, projects, and campaigns. This role will support the following initiatives : public relations activities, employee engagement, digital marketing, social media postings / analytics, coordinating / attending trade shows, and administrative tasks to ensure the execution of all marketing activities.
Essential Functions of the Job :
- Event Coordinating
Association / Sponsor events
Assist with registration and keeping a log of all sponsorships
Assist as needed to help with employee appreciation events
Social Media
Create exciting new content to drive new followers on our Meta accounts
Collaborate with HR for employee newsletter content
Attain a drone license to fly at jobsite projects if you are currently unlicensed
Ability to update content on the website
Assist with ordering branded incentives, samples, and safety workwear
