We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Ideal candidates will have experience in food service, particularly in casual dining or bar settings, and possess strong upselling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems or cash registers.
• Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service is preferred, especially in casual dining or bar environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Pay: $5.00 - $6.00 per hour
