Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees
- Supervise and motivate staff
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering stock
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Support the Store Manager
Experience:
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Experience with supervising and coaching staff members
- Ability to assist in putting away truck, ordering product, taking inventory of products, assistance with scheduling, and opening/closing the store.
