BRECA focuses on the emotional, social and physical needs of our students, as well as providing an environment where kiddos are learning through play. This means being silly, singing songs, doing art and activities and giving lots of encouragement and love.

We offer a competitive pay and benefits package, including generous a time off schedule, up to 3.5 weeks per year. Pay is determined by experience, education, ORO step, classroom placement and grant funding.

Daily: * Engage children in activities and play that stimulates their development * Assist children with activities of daily life (restroom use,, hand washing, etc.) * Engage in active supervision of children within sight and sound while keeping them safe at all times * Communication and collaboration with parents daily and speak with them about their child(ren) * Plan daily activities that are developmentally appropriate for young children (BRECA uses the "Mother Goose / Early Learning Experience" curriculum) * Conduct child assessments, facilitate parent-teacher conferences

You will need:

1. Criminal background check (CBR) Start this TODAY at: https://secure.emp.state.or.us/ccd/

2. CPR/first aid (we can help you get this)

3. Early Learning Division mandatory training (we will direct you how to do this)

4. Food handlers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
