Required qualifications:
Desktop support: 3 years
Computer troubleshooting: 3 years
Strong internal customer service skills
Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
4-year bachelors degree or field experience
Relevant certifications a plus (MCP, MCSE, Microsoft, VMware, O365)
Strong analytical reasoning and ability to troubleshoot
Ability to work well in a team environment
High proficiency and comfort level with instructions and procedures
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to demonstrate organization and documentation skills
High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
Professional appearance and attitude
Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented
Ability and willingness to travel to other domestic offices
The minimum annual salary for this full-time role is $50,000.
