Join us at Boulder Blooms Flower Shop! We are a busy wedding, event and delivery floral design studio in Boulder, CO. Our mission is to delight our customers through designing flowers that enhance each and every one of life’s moments. We are looking for someone to join us who loves flowers, plants, and people as much as we do!

What you will be doing:

• Provide excellent phone, email, and in-person service to customers and vendors
• Takes ownership of the company’s general inbox, responding to all emails in a timely and professional manner
• Support the logistics of daily flower deliveries (daily route mapping for drivers, driver scheduling, driver support, etc.)
• Flower Processing
• Plant care and installations
• Daily cleaning, tidying, organizing, and sidework
• Completing shop projects as needed
• Increase customer engagement by promoting reviews and repeat business
• Respond to any upset customers with kindness and patience, providing a sufficient remedy for the customer
• Oversee retail items and manage stock
• Assist with planning and preparations for any upcoming holidays or busy seasons
• Occasional Deliveries
• Occasional Wedding/Event Set-Up support
• And everything else that happens in a busy flower studio! This role requires flexibility and eagerness to help your teammates because sometimes duties will include washing buckets, processing flowers, and even making flower deliveries to customers.

Additional Desired Characteristics and Skills:

• Knowledge of flower and plant varieties and maintenance
• An appreciation and eye for high-end design
• Some experience with social media and marketing
• Experience with Wordpress, Canva, Instagram
