We are a real estate third-party construction company based in the United States providing construction services primarily for hotels and residential projects. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Job Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. As a Job Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to safety and building regulations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring that all tasks align with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Direct and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain and adjust daily and weekly project schedules to meet critical deadlines.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets design specifications, building codes, and company standards.
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations, conducting regular site inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials, reducing waste and controlling costs.
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, incident reports, and project updates for senior management.
- Address and resolve on-site issues promptly, mitigating potential project delays.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in on-site construction supervision.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in construction management software and project tracking tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
