Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Analyst for Policy and Systems Change, located in Boulder, CO with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing public health data, developing and implementing health policies, and collaborating with community partners to address health disparities. This role will focus on conducting policy research, drafting policy recommendations, evaluating program effectiveness, and advocating for systems change to improve health outcomes in Boulder County.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 9 years of combined education and experience in a related field, including one year in a supervisory or lead role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Six years of combined education (e.g. Public Health, Public Policy, Public Administration, Health Education, Social Work, or related field)
- Master’s degree in public health, public policy, law, or related field
- 10 or more years of experience in policy and/or systems change
- Four years of experience working in public health, government, or other work settings successfully leading health equity, policy, or systems change work
- Four years of supervisory experience
- Experience conducting Health Impact Assessments (including rapid assessments), systems mapping, and power mapping
- Familiarity with Colorado state policy issues
- 7 or more years of experience in local government, public health or other applied-work environments
