Boulder Creek Custom Homes is looking for a qualified professional to assist prospects, clients and the sales team throughout a detailed sales process and to help build and maintain strong relationships with Homeowners, Builders, Architects, and Interior Design firms. Prospects are sourced via inbound project quote requests, existing relationships, architects’ customer requests and referrals from social media, etc. This position does not currently require any direct outbound sales calls. This position does include some local travel. ILE reimburses travel mileage in accordance with IRS recommendations.

Designer Job Responsibilities:
- Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space
- Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors
- Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
- Getting approval from the client before creating CAD designs and detailed briefs for workers and supervisors
- Arranging client visits and keeping everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress
- Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
- Working in CAD, 20/20 3D Design, Chief Architect, Soft Plan, Rivet or a combination of relevant programs
Project Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Plans initiation to completion in construction projects.
- Obtains all necessary regulations and permits.
- Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
- Oversees pre-construction process.
- Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports.
- Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
- Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
- Submits inspections, quality assurance reports, and punch lists.
- Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed.
- Utilizes scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
- Utilizes builder trend or UDA software
Work Hours and Benefits:
- 8 to 5 M-F or by appointment as needed.
- One half single premium paid healthcare insurance in the form of a stipend
- 3 weeks of vacation annually
- Mileage reimbursement
- Salary dependent on qualifications/experience
Qualifications and Skills:
This is a broad role that includes client management, keen product knowledge, and program tracking, along with a creative flair and eye for detail. A bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of sales experience, and experience in construction or design is a must. Experience with Photoshop or similar design programs is a plus.
