The BHI group is looking for an HR/Recruiting Intern to join our talented and passionate team for Summer 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Our HR/Recruiting Intern will support the full-cycle recruitment process, work closely with the Sr Manager People Operations and hiring managers to help shape the candidate experience. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn about HR and Recruiting, develop strong communication and organizational skills, and contribute to building high-performing teams.
This is a full-time in-office position located in our Boulder, CO office. Candidates must be currently local to Colorado and able to work onsite.

A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process and providing administrative support in key HR functions, including:
- Assist with posting job openings in our ATS (Bamboo HR) and sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Supporting candidate engagement and ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) records and HRIS database
- Collaborating with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies
- May work on additional HR projects as needed
Here's what you need to get our attention:
- Currently at a Junior or Senior level pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field Graduating in 2025 or 2026 preferred
- Maintaining an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to quickly come up to speed with use of company HRIS/Applicant Tracking System (Bamboo HR)
