A Day in the Life:
- Own the performance and day-to-day management of our O&O (Owned & Operated) websites
- Manage site monetization strategies including vendor relationships, affiliate traffic, and media buying.
- Oversee all traffic acquisition and conversion strategies tied to our O&O sites
- Collaborate with internal paid media, creative, and analytics teams to optimize lead generation and revenue growth
- Analyze and report on property-level performance including CTR, CVR, RPC, and margin
- Test and deploy new publisher traffic, landing page optimization, and strategic monetization strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and end buyers
- Manage and refine processes related to tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation
- Monitor competitive landscape for trends in ad formats, vertical performance, and AI technology
Here's what you need to get our attention:
- 2 years of experience in performance marketing or affiliate marketing, preferably managing O&O sites within insurance or home services
- Deep knowledge of monetization strategies including affiliate traffic, lead gen flows, and media buying
- Proficiency with media analytics, tracking, and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM, EverFlow, pixels, etc)
- Familiar with various payout structures including CPA, CPC, and CPM models
- Experience managing ad networks, affiliate partners, and vendors
- Strong understanding of user acquisition and retention tactics across digital channels
- Proven ability to analize data and optimize campaigns to maximize conversion rates and achieve revenue goals

- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workflows
- Entrepreneurial spirit with curiosity for trying new platforms and monetization models
- Experience working in a distributed, fast-paced environment

Base Salary: $70,000-$75,000/year DOE (Bonus/commission eligible)
