Local Hero is seeking an Outreach Associate to grow and develop existing and new business. Our work, and your work, helps generate sales and improve recruiting for major national and international franchise brands.
Our ideal Outreach Associate will have a hybrid of marketing and sales skills plus an understanding of how to use analytics to measure success. The role will be roughly 40% marketing, 40% sales and 20% operations
This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations:
Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico

A Day in the Life:
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings
- Build strong relationships and gain insight to the needs of prospects and customers
- Coordinate and evaluate digital advertising programs including targeting and testing
- Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research
- Work with leadership and other business units to design industry-specific outbound strategy and assets
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes and analysis
- Support leadership to manage pitches and deals including internal and external deadline calendars and communications
- Create or assist the production of pipeline and reporting meetings
- Build and present program reporting
- Help manage client data across a range of technologies
- Assist with events and conferences

- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years marketing or sales experience
- Ability to Travel (10%)

- Strong interest in digital marketing and marketing technology
- Skilled writer and verbal communicator

Base Salary: $60k-$65k DOE ( Bonus eligible)
