Boulder Imaging is looking for highly analytical and detail-oriented AP Specialist to join our finance team. This role offers a flexible schedule based on the candidate’s availability while ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions. This is a part-time role with an anticipated schedule of 20 hours per week.

Requirements : Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation, approvals, and coding.
Perform 3-way matching (purchase order, receipt, and invoice) to verify invoice accuracy.
Prepare and process electronic payments, checks, and ACH transactions.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist in month-end closing procedures, including AP reconciliations.
Maintain organized AP records and support audits as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient AP workflow and documentation.

Skills, Education, and Work Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Corporate office work experience required.

Prior accounts payable experience preferred.

Familiarity with 3-way matching process.

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, and basic formulas).

Experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required.

Experience with Ramp (or other AP processing platforms such as Bill.com) is a plus but not required.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary

23.00 - $26.00 / hour
