Boulder Imaging is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our accounting & finance team. This role will focus on financial planning & analysis (FP&A) while also supporting job costing, general ledger accounting, and accounts payable (AP) processing as needed.

Requirements : Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Prepare variance analysis, management reports, and executive dashboards.
Assist in scenario planning and long-term financial projections.

Job Costing & Cost Analysis

Maintain and analyze job costing models, ensuring accurate cost allocations and margin analysis.

Monitor standard vs. actual costs and provide insights into cost drivers.

Partner with operations and sales teams to optimize cost structures and pricing strategies.

Financial Reporting & Accounting Support

Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.

Assist with AP processing and vendor management as needed.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or related roles.

Experience with job costing, preferably in a manufacturing or project-based environment.

Strong Excel skills; experience with NetSuite (or other large ERP systems) preferred.

Salary

73,000 - $88,000 / year
