Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and hospitality-minded Client Engagement Solutions Lead to transform our client intake experience. This isn't just about processing new clients-it's about creating a remarkable journey from the moment someone discovers us to the day they walk through our doors (physically or virtually) for their first appointment - or for a new service. You will look at the landscape of BLI services as a map in which you provide the guidance to facilitate their wayfinding to the services they need. You'll be the architect of our lead nurturing ecosystem, the voice behind our discovery and intake communications, and the guardian of a seamless transition from curious prospect to engaged patient. In a world where first impressions matter deeply, you'll ensure ours isn't just good-it's unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Connection - Lead Engagement: Connect with prospective clients to educate, inform, and facilitate their decision around becoming a BLI Client. We focus on "Educational Sales," an informational approach to providing prospective clients with clarity on the unique nature of BLI's Services and guiding them toward the best decision. Through this consistent and active direct lead engagement, you will better understand their needs and questions in order to continually refine the client engagement process.
  • Human Connection Support: Create systems that flag when human intervention would add value, and provide guidance and resources to you and other team members who handle those personal touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure messaging consistency and seamless handoffs between departments as leads progress toward becoming clients and utilizing new services.
  • System Design & Implementation: Reimagine and rebuild our lead management and patient onboarding systems - managing resources and taking on responsibility for its successful evolution. You'll create intuitive, efficient processes that delight both our team and our patients.
  • Nurture Campaign Support: Collaborate to optimize email and text message sequences that guide prospects through their decision-making journey with personalized, valuable content that establishes trust.
  • Content Development: Collaborate on creating clear, compelling content for each stage of the patient journey that answers questions before they're asked and inspires confidence in our approach.
  • Copywriting: Create engaging website and blog content to facilitate continued growth, awareness, and understanding of the BLI brand.
  • Technology Integration: Select and implement the right tools to automate repetitive tasks while preserving the personal touch that defines our practice. Collaborate to build and support a tech stack that works for people, not the other way around.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Track conversion metrics at each stage of the patient journey, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine the process for maximum efficiency and satisfaction.

The nature of this role may evolve with time as you successfully replace the existing onboarding process with an optimized one. We are looking for applicants who blend a hospitality-forward mindset with a passion for business improvement - from marketing to clinical care to operations - in order to continually evolve and innovate with the needs of the company.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must like talking to people and educating them about this amazing medicine and BLI's services
  • Proven experience designing and/or implementing lead nurturing systems or client engagement processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft messaging that's both professional and warmly personal.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable improvements.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to shepherd initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work at the Boulder-based office.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or related fields.
  • Background in both customer service and marketing functions.
  • Enjoys client-facing activities as well as heads-down operations.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and SMS marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare privacy considerations.
  • Understanding of conversion optimization techniques and customer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with designing and implementing automation workflows.
