Job Title: AM Front Desk & Multi-Role Hospitality Team Member

Location: Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch (BMGR)

Start Date: Mid-April

Housing: On-site housing available

Schedule: Variable (morning and evening shifts)

Overview: Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch is looking for a dedicated, flexible, and hospitality-driven individual to join our team in a dynamic hybrid role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is excited to take on a wide range of responsibilities—from guest services to housekeeping, event support, and food service.

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk (AM Shifts):

• Greet and check out guests with warmth and professionalism

• Maintain the front desk area and assist with guest inquiries

• Prepare, set up, and clean up the continental breakfast each morning

Housekeeping & Special Projects:

• Transition after front desk shift to assist with room turnovers and general housekeeping

• Support special projects and property upkeep as needed

Event & Banquet Support:

• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown for weddings and special events

• Help maintain cleanliness and organization during and after events

Sweetwater Kitchen (SWK) Support:

• Step into server roles during busy evenings at SWK

• Provide top-notch customer service with knowledge of the menu and kitchen offerings

Qualifications:

• Must be highly flexible and able to shift between roles and responsibilities seamlessly

• Ability to work both morning and evening shifts, sometimes within the same day

• Comfortable working long hours during peak season

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Must pass a background check

• Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred

• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed
