Testing Psychologist in Growing Testing Practice
Summary
Our small private practice is growing! We’re looking for a capable individual who’s ready to provide psychological and neuropsychological testing services for our clients. Given our small size, there will be opportunities to expand your treatment knowledge and interventions to be provided. There is also ample room to work remotely and in-person at our Boulder location with the possibility of providing service in Denver, Fort Collins, and beyond.
Work Schedule
40 hours per week, flexible, full-time schedule.
Pay & Important Information
- Starting compensation of $95,000 annually with 21 days of PTO (federal and state holidays included)
- Spanish-speaking language differential (TBD)
- W-2 Employee w/health insurance benefits. Contract work available upon request

- Additional training in neuropsychology available.
Responsibilities
- Administration of adaptive, psychological, and neuropsychological testing. Each evaluator will be expected to complete at least ten evaluations per month.
- Providing services to a wide range of clientele including those receiving coverage through Medicare and Medicaid.
- Independently implement a semi-flexible battery of testing measures that are culturally sensitive in nature.
- Coordinate care with other members of the client’s treatment team when necessary to include referrals.
- Maintain accurate billing and files through our EHR system.
- Participate in team meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required.
Educational Requirements
- Practicum and/or internship experience administering psychological and adaptive testing measures.
- Preferred Experience: Administration of neuropsychological testing.
- Required Education: Doctorate degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical psychology.
- Required Licensure/Certification: Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is self-sufficient, can and will ask questions, and can make informed decisions when necessary. We are looking for a psychologist (or psychology candidate) who truly loves the work we do and can generate positive regard and care for their clients. Though a rarity, we also expect any candidate to appropriately manage emergency situations and seek consultation when necessary, especially in times of crisis.
