Position reports to: Director of Business Operations

Overview:

Boulder Oral Surgery is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to help us grow to the next level. Boulder Oral Surgery is three Surgeon practice with two locations in the Boulder/Longmont area. We specialize in wisdom teeth removal, extractions and implants, and all on 4 procedures to name a few. We pride ourselves on collaboration and teamwork while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity in our work. Patient care is our utmost focus and we strive to make oral surgery as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

The Marketing Manager will collaboratively lead Boulder Oral Surgery’s marketing efforts with a focus on digital strategies while seamlessly integrating traditional marketing methods. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Operations and working closely with the owners of the practice and Public Relations Coordinator, this role requires a dynamic individual who excels in digital marketing and understands the value of boots on the ground community engagement, relationship management, event marketing, and other traditional channels. The ideal candidate will promote Boulder Oral Surgery’s providers and services in and around the Boulder/Longmont areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annual Marketing Plan: Develop, implement and oversee the execution of Boulder Oral Surgery’s annual overall marketing plan in collaboration with ownership.
• Budget Management: Develop, allocate and monitor the yearly marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
• Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Implement data-driven digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and online reputation management in collaboration with external marketing.
• Integrated Marketing & Communications: Lead the integration of digital strategies with traditional marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive approach to brand promotion.
• Video Creation & Storytelling: Utilize creativity to support production of compelling video content using current technology that tells the Boulder Oral Surgery’s story across social media channels in collaboration with external marketing.
• Community Engagement & Event Marketing: Coordinate Boulder Oral Surgery’s presence at community events and sponsorships, leveraging digital tools to enhance participation and engagement and build brand awareness.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the marketing team, including the Public Relations Coordinator and external partners, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Brand Management & Growth: Oversee the creation and maintenance of Boulder Oral Surgery’s brand identity across all platforms and referring GP offices.

• Familiarity with relevant systems and data such as Google/digital analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation, Constant Contact, and social media management platforms.
• A passion for staying current with market trends and consumer behavior.
• Public relations experience in the Dental environment is a plus!
• 4 years of related work experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
