Job Summary
This is a salary position with a bonus structure in place to begin immediately upon hire.
This position is an excellent opportunity for an audiologist to work in a growing, patient-centric private ENT practice. The provider will primarily work with the adult population and will perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, counsel patients, fit hearing instruments, and provide ongoing support. This is a hands-on position that requires multi-tasking, problem solving, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
In this position, you will need to be a dynamic individual that is highly motivated and customer service driven, while also possessing the patience and poise that the office-based healthcare environment demands. You’ll be relied upon for your communication, organization, and teamworking skills.

Responsibilities
- Defines patient hearing impairment; selecting and administering relevant tests; operating diagnostic equipment; determining type and degree of hearing impairment and effects on comprehension and speech; interpreting audiometric diagnostic data; preparing written diagnostic reports.
- Provides treatments by fitting hearing aids and other assistive devices; conducting auditory training and instruction; counseling patients and families; conducting programs in aural rehabilitation; guiding technical staff.
- Maintains patient records by recording and updating evaluations, changes, progress, and treatments.
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; participating in research programs; evaluating new equipment, devices, and techniques.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
- Maintains legal and accreditation compliance by adhering to federal, state, and local regulations, and professional standards.
- Updates job knowledge by tracking trends in new techniques and approaches; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Qualifications
- Qualified candidates must be an Au.D. level Audiologist and appropriately licensed in CO.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong diagnostic skills are required
- Experience working with hearing aids including consults, fitting, programming, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Pay
- Guarantee offered for first year
- Compensation includes hourly plus commission
Preferred
- Ability to work independently in building and strengthening an already successful location
- 2 years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids, strong new grads will be considered.
- Experience testing 0-3 aged population
