SUMMARY
SUMMARY
The Dishwasher washes kitchen dishes and assists Barback with glassware. They assist throughout the Beer Hall bussing and cleaning during peak times.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Wash, clean and put away all dishes
- Change and take out garbage and recycling
- Assist prep cook when needed
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, floors, and equipment
- Assist BOH lead as instructed
- Clean and maintain employee bathrooms
- Bus tables and clean surfaces
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under high pressure situations
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Ability to continuously lift 40 lbs
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
