Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Take orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Prepare coffee drinks and teas
- Help with catering orders and event setup as required
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred
- If not previous experience, we will train you to make our offerings
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- A valid food handler's license must be current, or obtained within the first week of hiring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively

Pay: $9.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
