Open hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Two locations: Lake Park and Palm Beach Gardens

Summary

As a Retail Customer Service Representative at Boulevard Paints, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing knowledgeable assistance and support. This position is essential for driving sales and ensuring that our customers leave satisfied with their purchases.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting paint products that meet their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
• Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and application techniques.

Requirements

• Experience in paint retail sales or in related field.
• Proven ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Able to work 5 days a week including Saturdays.
