Responsibilities of a RN Weekend Coordinator:
- Manage all weekend staff and units in conjunction with the on-call DON, to provide overall leadership of the center.
- Encourages open discussions with residents and resident’s families and addresses any concerns.
Qualifications for a RN Weekend Coordinator:
- Associates Degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
- Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of FL required.
- Prior Long-Term Care experience preferred
