Job Summary
The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting staff members.
Duties
- Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate records
- Manage donation intake and outflow
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Firm understanding of MS Excel, Word and Quickbooks Online
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with human resources functions including onboarding and employee relations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in schedule management and coordination is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
