We are seeking dedicated BCBA's to join our team in Freehold!
Responsibilities :
- Conduct measurable assessments and create evidence based treatment plans to target skills that relate to the core deficits of Autism.
- Provide caring support to the caregivers to ensure they understand the assessment results and treatment recommendations.
- Customize behavior intervention plans for your clients
- Provide direct / indirect BCBA supervision to Behavior Technicians
- Analyze ABA data regularly and implement data driven program changes
- Ensure the highest level of care through rigorous review of behavior plans, treatment plans, and clinical data.
- Share in joy of your client's family as they watch their child reach his / her potential!
