As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our team and help us connect with top talent in the ABA field.
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a full-time Recruiter to manage and streamline our hiring process for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our team and making a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for RBT and BCBA positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track applicant progress
- Provide an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Work with HR and clinical leadership to understand hiring needs
- Help build a pipeline of qualified ABA professionals
- Occasionally attend job fairs or local recruiting events (if applicable)
Qualifications:
- Prior recruiting experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize deadlines
- Passionate about helping children and making a difference through ABA services
