About the Role - We are looking for a driven Collector(Resolution Expert) to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communication from consumers and their representatives via phone, email and chat
- Follow communication guidelines when handling different topics
- Communicate with consumers to establish repayment plans and resolve questions or concerns
- Multi-task between accounts and while using multiple communication tools
- Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and skills
- Meet key performance indicators as outlined by management
- Adhere to expected quality and compliance standards
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of work experience as a debt collector, collections associate
- (Experience in B2B / Outbound sales, customer service and retention also considered)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and critical thinking
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and changing environment
