- User-Centered Design: Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of user experiences that drive growth and conversion across the luggage storage journey.
- Data-Informed Design: Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to inform design decisions and iterate on designs to optimize key performance metrics related to growth.
- Conversion Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize user flows, conversion points, and friction points through A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align on objectives, and translate business goals into design solutions that balance user needs and business objectives.
- Prototyping: Rapidly create prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, interactions, and user flows to stakeholders.
- Design System Contribution: Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability in design solutions.
- User Research: Partner with the team to conduct user testing, usability studies, and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
- Professional experience in product design, with a focus on growth-oriented design strategies.
- Portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design skills.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decision-making.
