Job Details
Position Title : Diagnostic Imaging Tech (CT and X-ray)
General job duties include taking x-rays / CT scans, transporting patients, evaluating images, and protecting patients from unnecessary radiation.
Equipment utilized includes Meditech, Microsoft Outlook, Seimens 64 Slice CT, Seimens DR Fixed Xray, Seimens DR Portable.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience in all diagnostic imaging modalities, including CT and X-ray.
ARRT certified (R and CT); must be active and in good standing (including CEs).
BLS certification required.
Schedule Information
Must be able to respond to emergencies and on-call within 20 minutes.
Night and Weekend Call rotation for on-call between 3 techs, including this position.
Works alone when on-call.
Unit Specific Information
Unit familiarization and policy / procedure review with Unit Manager.
