Job Details

  • General job duties include responding to emergencies, acting as a liaison between families and physicians, and administering medications.
  • Admits new patients and coordinates care with Social Services.
  • Completes assessments, documentation, and rounds on residents.
  • Maintains communication with families and healthcare teams.

    • Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Idaho LPN license.
  • One (1) year medical / surgical or Geriatric patient care experience.
  • Current CPR / BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification required within 2 months of hire.

    • Schedule Information

  • 36-40 hours a week.
  • Primarily Nights; may be asked to work a Day / Eve shift on occasion.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Nurse to patient ratio not specified.
  • Clean, neat scrubs required; no restrictions on color or pattern.
